摘　　要：通过实地访谈、网络调查等相结合的方法,认为政策引导是现代农业科技园区融入旅游发展的初始启动力量.将现代农业资源作为旅游资源利用是主要的融合路径,农旅融合产品业已呈现出来,然而尚处于初级发展阶段.土地供应不足、企业创新能力弱、市场偏好尚未显现成为农旅融合发展的主要障碍性因素.政府方面,适当放宽土地供应政策,增加建设土地指标,完善农旅融合环境,培养示范引领的农旅融合企业;企业方面,做足内功,提高融合能力、创新能力,做好宣传,培育旅游市场消费行为和偏好,是解除障碍,推动两者融合发展的有效对策.Through on-the-spot interviews,online surveys and other methods,it is believed that policy guidance is the initial starting force for the integration of modern agricultural science and technology parks into tourism development,and the use of the modern agricultural resources as tourism resources is the main fusion path.Aricultural and travel integration products have been presented,however,it is still in the initial stage of development.The supply of land is insufficient,and the enterprise's ability of innovation is weak,while the market preference has not yet become the main obstacle to the development of agricultural and tourism integration.On the part of the government,it should relax the land supply policy appropriately,and increase the index of construction land to improve the integrated environment of agriculture and tourism,then cultivate and demonstrate agriculture-tourism integrated enterprises;On the business side,do enough internal work to improve integration capability and innovation ability,then do a good job of publicizing to cultivate the consumption behavior and preference in tourism market.These are effective strategies to lift obstacles and promote the integration of the two.
