摘 要:目前国内关于旧建筑的更新改造研究才刚刚开始,中国建筑师正在做这方面的尝试和努力,大部分国内旧建筑还没有得到合理的更新改造。而国外盛行改造性利用的新思路,在国内仅有少量自发应用的实例,并未形成明确的理论体系。该文从校园规划,建筑设计和社会层面,研究和分析广州海员学校改造过程中遇到的问题。结合岭南当地气候特征,构思与总结广州地区既有校园更新改造的有利设计策略,在项目中加以运用,给未来的既有校园设计提供一些思路。In China,the research on the renovation of old buildings has just begun,and Chinese architects are making efforts in this aspect.Most of the old buildings in China have not been rationally renovated.However,there are only a few cases of spontaneous application of the new ideas of transformed utilization prevailing in foreign countries,and no clear theoretical system has been formed.In this paper we study and analyze the problems encountered in the transformation of Guangzhou Seafarer’s School from three aspects:campus planning,architectural design and social level.Combining with the local climate characteristics in Lingnan,we summarize some favorable design strategies for the renovation and transformation of existing campuses in Guangzhou,and then apply them in the project,so as to provide some reference for future existing campuses.
