大城市边缘区小城镇风貌设计的认识与探索——以柏泉街张柏路综合整治规划为例

摘　　要：近年来,小城镇的快速发展成为推动新型城镇化建设的主要平台,中央城镇化工作会议提出传承文化,发展有地域特色美丽城镇的指导意见[1]。针对在小城镇开发建设中普遍存在风貌特征缺失的现象,该文以东西湖区柏泉街道办事处张柏路综合整治规划为例,以荆楚派建筑风格设计导则为指引,阐述笔者对小城镇风貌设计的理解和认识,并探索大城市边缘区小城镇风貌设计中应密切联系的建筑、轴线、节点、界面、环境等要素控制,提出了只有充分利用特有的自然资源和地域文化,才是小城镇特色风貌建设的方向,希望对我国大城市边缘区小城镇风貌设计和特征塑造提供一些启发和思考。In recent years,the rapid development of small towns has become a strategic driving force for the construction of new urbanization.Inheriting culture and developing beautiful towns with regional characteristics had been proposed on the central urbanization work conference.According to the lack of features in the development and construction of small towns,taking the comprehensive renovation planning of Zhangbai road,Baiquan street,Dongxihu district as an example,and taking the guidelines of Jing-Chu architectural style design as a guide,we expound the understanding of landscape design of small towns,explore the control factors such as buildings,axes,nodes,interfaces and environments that should be closely connected in the landscape design of small towns.Then we propose that only by making full use of the unique natural resources and regional culture can be the direction of the construction of small towns with characteristics,we hope that it can provide some reference for the design and characterization of small towns on the edge of big cities in China.
