摘　　要：随着我国社会的进步与发展,社会养老保险水平逐渐提高,这使得越来越多离、退休人员的基本生活得到了应有的保障。目前,我国不同地区的养老保险水平呈现出明显的差异性,极不利于我国构建良好的、可持续养老保障体系。国内对养老保险制度的研究大多是从理论上,如果采取定量研究,从一个全新的视角,更能客观、全面地把握一个国家或地区的社会养老保险水平。选取10个影响社会养老保险的指标,运用因子分析法建立综合评价模型。研究发现,河南省18个市的社会养老保险水平的发展是不平衡的。但在人口老龄化背景下,研究如何缩减各地区之间的养老保险水平的差异,实现可持续发展的社会养老保险制度,具有重要的意义。With the progress and development of our society, the level of social endowment insurance is gradually improved, which makes the basic life of more and more retired, and retirees guaranteed. At present, the level of endowment insurance in different regions of our country is obviously different, which is not conducive to the construction of sustainable and good endowment security system. The domestic research on the endowment insurance system is mostly theoretical. If we adopt quantitative research, we could grasp the social endowment insurance level of a country or region more objectively and comprehensively from a new perspective. Select 10 index that influence social endowment insurance and use factor analysis method to establish comprehensive evaluation model. The research shows that the development of social endowment insurance in 18 cities in Henan is not balanced. However, in the context of the population aging, it is of great significance to reduce the difference of the endowment insurance level among the regions and realize the sustainable development of the social endowment insurance system.
