摘  要:采用N、P、K三因素四水平正交试验设计,研究配方施肥对2 a生芳樟植株生长和叶精油含量的影响,旨在为芳樟工业原料林的施肥提供技术依据。结果表明:(1)氮、磷、钾不同施肥配比对芳樟植株的高生长和胸径生长均有显著促进作用,高生长最大提高幅度达17.69%,胸径生长最大提高幅度为16.27%。(2)氮、磷、钾三种肥料对芳樟植株高生长和胸径生长影响均表现为氮肥>磷肥>钾肥,适合植株高生长的最优组合为N3P2K4,适合胸径生长的最优组合为N4P4K1。(3)氮、磷、钾施肥配比对芳樟叶片中精油含量和芳樟醇相对含量的影响均不显著。综合考虑植株生长和叶精油含量,建议使用的配方组合是N4P2K1,即芳樟氮磷钾施肥量分别为每株300g、150g和0g。Effects of formula fertilization on the growth and leaf essential oil content of Cinnamonum camphora were studied by using orthogonal design with three factors four levels.The results showed that:(1)All the fertilization combination of N,P,K had significant impact on the growth index of C.camphora seedlings.The maximumincrease extent of height and diameter was 17.69% and 16.27%,respectively.(2)The rank order of nutrient elements affecting the height and diameter growth was N>P>K.The optional formula for height and diameter was N3P2K4 and N4P4K1,respectively.(3)There is no significant difference between both contents of essential oil and its main composition linalool for all the fertilization combination.Considering the growth and essential oil content of seedling,the N4P2K1 was considered as the best combination,which means that the optional formula of N,P,K fertilizer were 300 g per tree,150 g per tree,0 g per tree,respectively.
