摘 要:分析研究江西羊奶子与胡颓子对土壤养分的富集效应。酶活及微生物数量的检测结果表明江西羊奶子和胡颓子土壤样品中的脲酶、酸性磷酸酶活性及细菌、真菌数量均有较好表现,林地土壤养分较好。进一步分析二者对各营养元素的富集率发现,胡颓子对全磷、全氮、全钾、速效氮、速效钾及有机质的平均富集率分别为25.00%、47.35%、40.64%、37.76%、48.35%、45.54%,较江西羊奶子高,对土壤养分有更好的富集效应。The enrichment effect of Elaeagnus jiangxiensis and E.pungens on soil nutrients was studied in this paper.The results of enzyme activity and microbial quantity showed that urease,acid phosphatase activity and the quantity of bacteria and fungi were better in the soil samples of E.jiangxiensis and E.pungens.Further analysis showed that the average enrichment rates of total phosphorus,total nitrogen,total potassium,available nitrogen,available potassium and organic matter were 25.00%,47.35%,40.64%,37.76%,48.35%,45.54%,higher than that of E.jiangxiensis,had better enrichment effect on soil nutrients.
