摘 要:为研究菲律宾蛤仔(Rudita pes philippinarum)育苗垦区浮游植物群落和水质因子的变化特征,在育苗期定期取样检测垦区水质因子和浮游植物群落的变化情况,并分析了两者的相关性.结果显示在菲律宾蛤仔育苗垦区共鉴定浮游植物3门46属123种,其中硅藻占绝大多数;冗余分析表明温度、盐度和活性磷酸盐是影响浮游植物分布的三大因素,因此在实际生产过程中增加磷肥投放有助于低水温期浮游植物密度的增加.This study investigated the phytoplankton community structure and water quality factors in a breeding pond of Rudita pes philippinarum during breeding period,and then the correlations between phytoplankton community structure and water quality factors were analyzed with redundancy analysis.The results showed that 123 species in 46 genera of 3 phyla were identified in the breeding pond,of which diatoms were dominant.Redundancy analysis suggested that temperature,salinity and active phosphate were three major factors affecting phytoplankton community structure,so that increasing the phosphate fertilizer in the breeding process may help to increase the phytoplankton density during the low water temperature period.
