臂式电子血压计与汞柱式血压计测量结果对比观察探究

摘　　要：目的对比分析臂式电子血压计测量的血压指标是否高于汞柱式血压计的测量结果并具有临床应用意义。方法选取我院每周一下午专家门诊诊治的高血压患者55例作为研究对象,对研究对象采用泵柱式血压计及臂式电子血压计交替进行血压测量,对照两组血压指标,对比分析数据是否具有显著的统计学差异。结果两组血压检测指标中收缩压的数值存在明显差异(P<0.05),舒张压无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论臂式电子血压计测量的血压数值明显高于泵柱式血压计,其收缩压的数值差异比较明显。Objective To compare and analyze whether the blood pressure index measured by the arm type electronic sphygmomanometer is higher than that of the mercury sphygmomanometer and has clinical application significance.Methods 55 physical health examiners were selected as the research subjects.The blood pressure measurement was performed alternately with the pump-column sphygmomanometer and the arm-type electronic sphygmomanometer.The blood pressure indicators of the two groups were compared.The comparative analysis data showed significant statistical differences.Results There were significant differences in the values of systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05).Conclusion The blood pressure measured by the arm-type electronic sphygmomanometer is significantly higher than that of the pump-column sphygmomanometer.The difference in systolic blood pressure is obvious.
