一次性超声探头穿刺架在辅助生殖取卵术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析一次性超声探头穿刺架在辅助生殖取卵术中的应用价值。方法选取2018年7月~2019年7月于本院98例行辅助生殖助孕的患者进行分析研究,采用随机综合序惯法,分为实验组和参照组各49例,两组患者均在阴道超声才进行取卵,参照组采取常规超声探头进行穿刺,实验组采取一次性超声探头进行穿刺,对比两组穿刺结果。结果在妊娠结局上进行对比,实验组患者中妊娠率与流产率与参照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在手术相关指标上对比,实验组获卵数与参照组对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在辅助生殖取卵术中使用一次性超声探头进行穿刺不仅可以降低患者相关并发症发生率与疼痛感,还可以缩短手术时间。Objective to analyze the application value of disposable ultrasound probe puncture rack in assisted reproductive ovotomy.Methods 98 cases of assisted procreation assisted pregnancy treated in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were analyzed and studied,49 patients in the reference group were divided into the experimental group.Results There was no significant difference between pregnancy rate and abortion rate in the experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of disposable ultrasound probe for puncture during assisted reproductive ovum extraction can not only reduce the incidence of related complications and pain,but also shorten the operation time.
