中频脉冲及超短波治疗仪配合祛风通络法针刺治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的中频脉冲及超短波治疗仪配合祛风通络法针刺治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床疗效。方法通过随机对照试验,将符合三叉神经痛患者各30例分别纳入治疗组和对照组,治疗组予祛风通络法针刺治疗,对照组予卡马西平治疗,两组治疗前后采用视觉模拟(VAS)评分进行疗效评价并记录不良反应。结果两组治疗前后用VAS评分比较,均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论祛风通络法针刺治疗对三叉神经痛具有较好止痛效果,疗效优于单纯口服卡马西平。Objective To observe the effect of Qinfeng Tongluo on trigeminal neuralgia(TN)(first branch)by acupuncture.Methods Through randomized controlled trials,30 cases of patients with trigeminal neuralgia(the first branch)were included in the treatment group and the control group respectively.The treatment group was given acupuncture treatment by Qinfeng Tongluo and the control group was given to carbamazepine.Both groups were evaluated by visual simulation(VAS)score.Results The comparison of VAS scores before and after treatment between the two groups showed a very significant difference(P<0.01);The VAS score in the posttreatment group was the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Qufeng Tongluo acupuncture has a better analgesic effect on trigeminal neuralgia,and its effect is better than simple oral carbamazepine.
