B超引导下标准通道经皮肾镜联合超声气压弹道碎石术治疗上尿路结石的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的研究在B超引导下标准通道经皮肾镜与超声气压弹道碎石术联合治疗上尿路结石的疗效及安全性。方法纳入我院2018年1月至2019年1月期间100例患者作为此次研究的对象,将患者分为对照组和观察组两个组别,对照组患者以常规开放性碎石手术进行治疗,观察组患者在B超引导下标准通道经皮肾镜与超声气压弹道碎石术联合进行治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组患者平均手术时间(42.22±8.02)min,评价肛门排气时间(26.31±2.01)h,平均住院时间(4.56±0.78)d,平均术中出血量(61.19±8.57)mL,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论上尿路结石患者B超引导下标准通道经皮肾镜与超声气压弹道碎石术联合治疗,效果显著,值得应用推广。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of b-ultrasound-guided standard channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ultrasonic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods In our hospital during January 2018 to January 2019 as the object of this study,100 patients divided the patients into two groups,control group and observation group in the control group patients treated with conventional open stone surgery,observation group of patients in the standard channel under ultrasound guided percutaneous nephroscope ultrasonic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy combined with treatment,compared two groups of curative effect.Results In the observation group,the average operation time(42.22±8.02)min,anal exhaust time(26.31±2.01)h,average hospitalization time(4.56±0.78)d,and average intraoperative blood loss(61.19±8.57)mL were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of standard channel transdermal nephroscope guided by b-mode ultrasound and pneumatic lithotripsy for patients with upper urinary calculi has remarkable effects and is worthy of application and promotion.
