摘　　要：目的研究64排螺旋CT冠脉成像用于诊断冠心病的临床价值。方法于2015年1月于2018年11月期间择取我院收治的78例疑似冠心病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受64排螺旋CT成像和选择性冠状动脉造影检查,在以选择性冠状动脉造影检查结果作为金标准的前提下,评价64排螺旋CT冠脉成像用于诊断冠心病的临床价值。结果使用64排螺旋CT冠脉成像诊断冠心病,临床灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测率和阴性预测率:(1)≤50%(78.2%,96.8%,70.3%,96.5%);(2)51%~75%(79.2%,97.8%,82.4%,97.1%);(3)≥76%(90.3%,98.1%,83.7%,99.2%)。结论64排螺旋CT冠脉成像用于诊断冠心病,可有效诊断患者冠心病病情,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 78 patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were enrolled in our study in January 2015.All patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT and selective coronary angiography.The clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was evaluated on the premise of coronary angiography as a gold standard.Results 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography was used to diagnose coronary heart disease.Clinical sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive rate and negative predictive rate were:(1)≤50%(78.2%,96.8%,70.3%,96.5%);51%to 75%(79.2%,97.8%,82.4%,97.1%);(3)≥76%(90.3%,98.1%,83.7%,99.2%).Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography was used Diagnosis of coronary heart disease can effectively diagnose the condition of coronary heart disease in patients,which is worth promoting.
