摘  要:中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司采用LTAG工艺技术对催化裂化装置进行改造,采用双反应器、双分馏塔的工艺流程,解决了重油催化原料与加氢后劣质柴油两种差异性原料同时进行高选择性裂化反应的难题。主要改造内容:主反应器采用多产汽油的MIP工艺方案,副反应器采用LTAG工艺方案;新建分馏塔作为新装置主分馏塔使用,各侧线回流根据流程要求新设计换热网络,处理MIP主反应器的油气产品;利旧原有主分馏塔,作为改造后副分馏塔使用,处理LTAG副反应器的油气产品。装置改造投用后液体收率为82.26%,汽油辛烷值(研究法辛烷值)达到94.5;通过双分馏塔操作获得了与常规重油催化裂化性质不同的LTAG重馏分产品,馏程集中,硫、氮含量少,芳烃含量高,具有生产高附加值产品的潜力。LTAG process was used to revamp the catalytic cracking unit in Sinopec Jinan Company.The problem of high selective cracking reaction of two different feedstocks was solved by using a combination of dual reactors and double fractionation towers.The MIP process was adopted for the main reactor,and the LTAG process was adopted for secondary reactor.The new fractionation tower was used as the main fractionation tower for the new unit,and the heat exchange network was newly designed for each sidedraw reflux according to the flow requirements.The old main fractionation tower was used as the revamped secondary fractionation tower.After the revamp,the liquid yield reached 82.26%,and the RON of gasoline reached 94.5.Through the operation of the double fractionation towers,the LTAG heavy fraction product was obtained,which had the potential to produce high value-added products.
