枸地氯雷他定片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨枸地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果。方法 110例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组患者给予盐酸左西替利嗪分散片治疗,观察组患者给予枸地氯雷他定片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗。4周后比较两组疗效。结果 观察组痊愈46例,显效6例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率为98.2%;对照组痊愈28例,显效12例,有效8例,无效7例,总有效率为87.3%。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 慢性荨麻疹患者应用枸地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗方法可靠、效果好,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 110 chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated by levocetirizine dihydrochloride dispersible tablets,and the observation group was treated by desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets.The efficacy was compared after 4 weeks between the two groups.Results The observation group had 46 cured cases,6 excellent cases,2 effective cases,and 1 ineffective case,with total effective rate as 98.2%.The control group had 28 cured cases,12 excellent cases,8 effective cases,and 7 ineffective cases,with total effective rate as 87.3%.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets is reliable and effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria,which is worthy of promotion and application.
