柴芍承气汤联合丹红注射液治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察柴芍承气汤联合丹红注射液治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 76例急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各38例。对照组采取常规综合方案进行治疗,治疗组在常规综合方案基础上加用柴芍承气汤和丹红注射液进行治疗。观察比较两组患者实验室指标恢复情况、临床症状和体征恢复时间及临床疗效。结果 治疗组血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、血白细胞及C反应蛋白(CRP)恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组腹痛腹胀恢复时间(2.74±0.94)d、肠鸣音恢复时间(1.97±0.90)d、肛门排气排便恢复时间(2.53±0.88)d均短于对照组的(4.29±1.73)d、(3.89±2.12)d、(4.63±1.77)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率97.37%明显高于对照组的81.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用柴芍承气汤联合丹红注射液治疗急性胰腺炎疗效显著,可明显减轻患者症状,缩短实验室指标恢复时间及临床症状和体征恢复时间。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaishao Chengqi decoction combined with Danhong injection for the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 76 acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional comprehensive regimen,and the treatment group was treated by Chaishao Chengqi decoction and Danhong injection on the basis of conventional comprehensive regimen.The the recovery of laboratory indexes,recovery time of clinical symptoms and signs and clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of blood amylase,urine amylase,blood leukocyte and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the treatment group was shorter than those in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of abdominal pain and distention,recovery time of bowel sounds and recovery time of anal exhaust and defecation was(2.74±0.94),(1.97±0.90)and(2.53±0.88)d in the treatment group was shorter than(4.29±1.73),(3.89±2.12)and(4.63±1.77)d in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 97.37%in the treatment group was obviously higher than 81.58%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaishaochengqi decoction combined with Danhong injection shows remarkable efficacy in the treatment of acute pancreatitis,which can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients,shorten the recovery time of laboratory indicators and clinical symptoms and signs.
