壳聚糖对酸性红3B染料的吸附机理研究

摘  要:以壳聚糖为吸附剂,用可见吸收光谱法研究了壳聚糖对酸性红3B的吸附规律,探讨了吸附剂的形态、壳聚糖的分子量、脱乙酰度对吸附量Qe的影响。结果表明:相同条件下,壳聚糖的形态对吸附有一定的影响,壳聚糖凝胶球的吸附量小于粉末;壳聚糖的分子量和脱乙酰度对吸附的影响是综合的;随酸性红浓度的增大各类壳聚糖的吸附容量均增大,高粘壳聚糖实测值为129.4 mg/g,吸附为Langumuir单分子层吸附机理,吸附速率符合动力学二级方程。Chitosan was used as adsorbent to study the adsorption of Acid Red 3B by visible absorption spectroscopy,and the influence of adsorbent form,molecular weight and deacetylation degree of Chitosan on adsorption capacity Qe was discussed.The results showed that under the same conditions,the morphology of chitosan had a certain effect on adsorption.The adsorption amount of chitosan gel ball was less than that of powder.The molecular weight and degree of deacetylation of chitosan had a comprehensive effect on adsorption.With the increase of acid red concentration,the adsorption capacity of all kinds of chitosan increased,and the measured value of high viscosity chitosan was 129.4 mg/g,which was adsorbed as Langumuir monolayer adsorption mechanism.The adsorption rate accords with the second-order kinetic equation.
