摘  要:针对桁架式叠梁闸门在船闸枢纽应用中装卸的不便,基于桁架结构的受力特点,改进设计了闸门结构,使其吊点能够适配自动抓梁。设计的吊点布置在闸门上层平面桁架上,并通过拉杆与下层桁架平面的节点相连,形成一种空间桁架结构,从而实现闸门吊装时的合理受力。应用INVENTOR软件对设计的闸门进行三维建模和力学分析,完成闸门吊装时的强度校核。最后将其应用于工程实际,极大地方便了闸门的装卸,节省大量的作业时间,具有良好的经济性和实用性。In view of the inconvenient handing of truss-type stop log gate in shiplock,we improve the design of a new lug structure for the gate to suit automatic grabbing beam based on the feature of truss structure.The lug is arranged on the upper plane truss,and connects to the nodes of the under plane truss by links,forming a space structure to make the force distribution more reasonable when the gate is hoisted.Then,3D modeling and mechanical analysis are carried out by INVENTOR,which verify the strength of the gate.Finally,the gate is used to an actual shiplock,which makes the handing of gate more convenient and saves much hoisting time.Thus it is quite economical and practical.
