探讨WS/T509-2016优化人员和层流手术室管理对ICU院感发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的优化ICU人员和层流手术室管理,降低ICU院感发生率。方法以我院ICU 2016年收治的925例患者为对照组,2017年收治的1237例患者为优化组,两组均加强常规治疗。结果优化组手卫生依从性、正确率、平均住院日数、院感发生率等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论根据WS/T509-2016《重症监护病房医院感染预防与控制规范》优化人员层流手术室管理,可降低ICU院感发生率。Objective To optimize the management of ICU personnel and laminar flow operating room and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU.Methods A total of 925 patients in ICU of our hospital in 2016 were taken as control group,and 1237 patients in 2017 as optimization group.Routine treatment was strengthened in both groups.Results The indexes of hand hygiene compliance,correct rate,average hospitalization days and incidence of nosocomial infection in the optimization group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion According to WS/T509-2016 Nosocomial Infection Prevention and Control Criterion in Intensive Care Units,optimizing the management of laminar ow operating room can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU.
