高压氧舱在31例慢性放射性肠炎治疗中的应用体会

摘　　要：本文旨在探讨慢性放射性肠炎治疗的效果及高压氧舱的应用。通过分析2011年1月至2019年4月本院收治的慢性放射性肠炎患者31治疗方案,探讨慢性放射性肠炎病理特点、相关治疗措施及其效果。慢性放射性肠炎治疗上主要以对症支持治疗为主,对于存在肠梗阻、肠穿孔、出血的患者手术治疗可能是最有效的手段。This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effect of chronic radioactive enteritis and the application of hyperbaric oxygen chamber.Through the analysis of 31 treatment schemes for chronic radiation enteritis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to April 2019,the pathological characteristics,relevant treatment measures and their effects of chronic radiation enteritis were discussed.Symptomatic supportive treatment is the main treatment for chronic radiation enteritis.Surgical treatment for patients with intestinal obstruction,intestinal perforation and bleeding may be the most effective means.
