无创呼吸机辅助治疗时机对急性左心衰竭并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的影响研究

摘　　要：目的对急性左心衰竭并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者应用无创呼吸机辅助治疗的临床效果进行深入的研究。方法选择我院于2017年6月至2018年9月期间内收治的急性左心衰竭并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者,共计60例。将这60例患者随机分成两组,一组为对照组工30例,另一组为观察组也为30例。结果通过对两组患者的治疗,可以发现观察组患者在体征至表面方面更优(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;结论应用无创呼吸机辅助治疗可以很好地对患者的体征指标进行改善,同时有效地降低患者的气管切开通气率以及气管插管率。Objective To conduct an in-depth study on the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilator-assisted therapy in patients with acute left heart failure complicated with type II respiratory failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute left heart failure complicated with type II respiratory failure who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled.Patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random grouping,with 30 patients in each group.Results After a period of treatment,the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator-assisted treatment can improve the patients’vital signs,and effectively reduce the patients’tracheotomy ventilation rate and tracheal intubation rate.
