非典型雇佣合作创新模式下医疗设备的高层次创新人才政策研究

摘  要:灵活的雇佣关系就是非典型雇佣合作的特点,非典型雇佣合作的主要特征表现在工作期限段、薪资报酬低、组织投入少、工作不稳定等。无雇主型、单个雇主型和多个雇主型是非典型雇佣的三种表现形式。现阶段,应该在现有的非典型雇佣模式下引进高层次创新型人才,分析比较各国创新性人才的政策,总结创新人才的工作经验。Flexible employment relationship was the characteristic of atypical employment cooperation.The main characteristics of atypical employment cooperation were:working period,low salary,less organizational input and unstable work.There were three manifestations of non-employer-type,single employer-type and multiple employer-type non-typical employment.At present,we should introduce high-level innovative talents under the existing atypical employment mode,analyze and compare the policies of innovative talents in various countries,and summarize the working experience of innovative talents.
