PDCA循环法应用于医院特种设备质量安全管理中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析医院特种设备质量安全管理中PDCA循环法的应用价值。方法在2018.01~2018.12,以本科室51台医疗设备作为研究对象。其中,2018.01~2018.06仅按常规开展管理,2018.07~2018.12开始实施PDCA循环法,比较实施前后设备运行完好率、档案完整率以及维修及时率。结果2018.07~2018.12设备运行完好率、档案完整率及维修及时率比2018.01~2018.06更高(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法可以提高医院特种设备质量管理的效率和质量,保证医院特种设备质量安全管理中的医疗安全。Objective To analyze the application value of PDCA circulation method in the quality and safety management of special equipment in hospital.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,51 medical devices in the undergraduate department were taken as the research objects.Among them,from January 2018 to June 2018,the management was only carried out according to the routine,and from July 2018 to December 2018,PDCA circulation method was implemented.The equipment operation integrity rate,file integrity rate and maintenance timeliness rate before and after implementation were compared.Results The equipment operation integrity rate,file integrity rate and maintenance timeliness rate from July 2018 to December 2018 were higher than those from January 2018 to June 2018(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation method can improve the ef ficiency and quality of equipment management and ensure the medical safety in the quality and safety management of special equipment in hospital.
