摘　　要：目的以妇产科急腹症患者为研究对象,对临床诊治方法以及效果进行探讨和分析。方法以2017年1月至2018年12月在我院进行过治疗的56例急腹症患者为研究对象进行中西医结合治疗。结果56例急腹症患者中,共有19例异位妊娠患者,占33.93%。最终治疗有效者55例,临床总有效率为98.21%。结论为妇产科急腹症患者进行病情诊治后为其提供中西医结合治疗,有助于使治愈率得到显著提高。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment methods and effects of patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 56 patients with acute abdomen who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Results Among 56 cases of acute abdomen,19 cases(33.93%)had ectopic pregnancy.The total effective rate was 98.21%.Conclusion The treatment of patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology can provide a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,which will help to improve the cure rate.
