摘　　要：目的探究经超声诊断为布-加综合征患者介入治疗近期效果评价中脾脏剪切波速与门静脉压力相关性的疗效。方法抽取我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的布-加综合征患者共32例治疗资料,均得到超声确诊。检测患者开通血管前后肝静脉2次压力梯度、介入手术前、介入手术后30天脾脏剪切波速与门静脉压力的值,并对相应的值进行检验分析。结果所有患者介入治疗均成功。术前肝静脉压力梯度为(13.75±4.58),术后为(3.23±1.96),呈下降的趋势。剪切脾脏波速和门静脉压力是正性相关。结论布-加综合征介入治疗近期效果评价中脾脏剪切波速与门静脉压力相关性是良好的,具有值得在临床上推广和运用的优越价值。objective To investigate the correlation between splenic shear wave velocity and portal vein pressure in the evaluation of short-term interventional therapy in patients with bujia syndrome diagnosed by ultrasound.Methods A total of 32 patients with bucca syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected,all of whom were confirmed by ultrasound.The pressure gradient of hepatic vein before and after vascular opening,the shear wave velocity of spleen and the pressure of portal vein before and 30 days after interventional surgery were detected,and the corresponding values were analyzed.Results All patients were treated successfully.The pressure gradient of hepatic vein was 13.75±4.58 before operation and 3.23±1.96 after operation.Shear splenic velocity is positively correlated with portal venous pressure.Conclusion The correlation between splenic shear wave velocity and portal vein pressure is good in the evaluation of the short-term effect of interventional therapy for bujia syndrome.
