摘  要:目的研究金属医疗器械采用低温过氧化氢等离子和脉动预真空压力蒸汽灭菌的效果。方法研究时段2017年1月至2019年4月,研究对象是我院接收的2000件消毒灭菌金属器械,随机数字表法划分成观察组(低温过氧化氢等离子)与对照组(脉动预真空压力蒸汽)各1000件,比较两组灭菌效果。结果观察组灭菌合格率(100.00%)高于对照组99.00%,灭菌时间较对照组长,灭菌温度较对照组低,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温过氧化氢等离子能提高金属医疗器械灭菌效果,便于为操作者自身安全提供可靠的保障。Objective The purpose of this study was to study the effect of low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma and pulse prevacuum pressure steam sterilization for metal medical devices.Methods The study period was 2017.1 to 2019.4.The study object was 2000 pieces of sterilized metal device received in our hospital.The random digital surface method was divided into 1000 pieces of observation group(low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma)and control group(pulse pre-vacuum pressure steam),and the two groups of sterilization effects were compared.Results The rate of sterilization of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(99.00%),the sterilization time was longer than that of the control group,and the sterilization temperature was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma can improve the sterilization effect of metal medical devices and provide reliable guarantee for the operator’s own safety.
