摘　　要：目的分析冠脉CT成像技术在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法选取2016年3月至2018年6月我院103例拟诊冠心病患者为研究对象,这些患者在1个月内曾分别进行冠脉CT成像和冠脉造影检查,比较二者的检查结果。结果两种技术诊断时,右冠状动脉、左冠脉主支、左前降支、左回旋支等与冠状动脉造影结果均无较大差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠脉CT成像在冠心病诊断时诊断准确度较高,有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the value of coronary artery CT imaging in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods From March 2016 to June 2018,103 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were observed as the subjects.Coronary angiography and coronaryartery CT were performed respectively,and the results of the two techniques were compared.Results There was no signi ficant difference between coronary angiography and coronary artery CT imaging in the diagnosis of right coronary artery,left main coronary artery,left anterior descending coronary artery,left circum ex coronary artery.Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of coronary artery CT imaging for patients with coronary heart disease is high,and it has clinical application value.
