摘　　要：目的观察COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者实施综合护理的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者40例,采用奇偶法将其分为实验组与参照组,各为20例。其中参照组护理措施为常规护理,实验组护理方法是综合护理,对比2组患者护理前后动脉血指标及并发症情况。结果COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者动脉血指标具有一致性(P>0.05)。实验组综合护理后血氧分压、血氧饱和度高于参照组。较之于参照组,实验组二氧化碳分压水平较低,实验组胃肠胀气、鼻面部皮肤损伤、结膜炎并发症发生率(5.00%)低于参照组(35.00%),组间具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗期间取用综合护理效果确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 40 patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure were selected from January 2018 to January 2019.The parity method was used to divide them into experimental group and reference group,each of which had 20 cases.The nursing method of the reference group was routine nursing,and the nursing method of the experimental group was the comprehensive nursing.The arterial blood indexes and the complications before and after the nursing of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The arterial blood indexes of the patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure were consistent(P>0.05).After comprehensive nursing of the experimental group,the partial oxygen partial pressure and the oxygen saturation of the experimental group were higher than that of the reference group.The partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group.The incidence of complications of the gastrointestinal and nasal surface of the experimental group(5.00%)was lower than that of the reference group(35.00%),and there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing effect is exact during the treatment of non-invasive ventilator in patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure.
