摘　　要：目的探讨在早期周围型肺癌患者临床诊断中采用CT结合DR的临床效果。方法选取本院2018年10月至2019年6月收治的45例周围型肺癌患者为调查对象,分别对所选患者采用X线和CT进行检查,并其影像学表现。结果经过对X线检查结果分析显示,其中毛刺征为42例、分叶征为22例,而对CT检查结果分析显示,毛刺征为45例、分叶征为45例,由此可见,CT诊断准确率相对较高。结论对于早期周围型肺癌患者筛查可以采用X线进行检查,同时将其与CT联合应用能够有效提高临床诊断率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of CT combined with DR in the clinical diagnosis of patients with early peripheral lung cancer.Methods A total of 45 patients with peripheral lung cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the investigation subjects.The selected patients were examined by X-ray and CT respectively,and their imaging manifestations were analyzed.Results According to the analysis of X-ray examination results,there were 42 cases with burr sign and 22 cases with leaf splitting sign,while the analysis of CT examination results showed that there were 45 cases with burr sign and 45 cases with leaf splitting sign.Therefore,CT diagnosis accuracy was relatively high.Conclusion X-ray can be used to screen patients with early peripheral lung cancer,and combined with CT can effectively improve the clinical diagnosis rate.
