摘　　要：针对东风内燃机车在煤炭铁路专用线上多年的应用状况,分析在多年运行中发现的一些常见故障,重点对由于机车单阀故障而引起的机车问题进行深层分析研究,运用多种手段、维修技术及管理措施,降低机车单阀故障的次数,为维修人员提供有效资料,确保矿区煤炭铁路机车安全运行。Based on the application of Dongfeng Diesel Locomotive in coal railway special line for many years,this paper analyzes some common faults found in its operation for many years.This paper focuses on the analysis and research of locomotive problems caused by single valve fault of locomotive,using various means,maintenance technology and management measures,reducing the number of single valve fault of locomotive,providing effective data for maintenance personnel,and ensuring the safe operation of coal railway locomotive in mining area.
