摘 要:经济社会的持续快速发展,极大地促进了矿井开采事业的飞跃,带动了矿用钻杆、套管制造加工技术的进步。在钻杆、套管应用环境日趋复杂和应用强度日趋提高的情况下,磨损及防磨问题成为加工制造实践的一项重要课题。因此,介绍钻杆、套管的磨损机理,分析影响钻杆、套管磨损的诸多因素,着重探讨摩擦系数对钻杆、套管磨损的影响,并结合相关实践经验,分别从安科耐磨带等角度与方面提出减缓套管磨损的有效措施。With the continuous and rapid development of economy and society,it has greatly promoted the leap of the mining industry,and driven the progress of the manufacturing and processing technology of the drill pipe and casing.Under the condition that the application environment of drill pipe and casing is becoming more and more complex and the application intensity is increasing day by day,the problem of wear and anti-wear has become an important topic in the processing and manufacturing practice.Based on this,this paper first introduces the wear mechanism of drill pipe and casing,analyzes many factors that affect the wear of drill pipe and casing,and emphatically discusses the influence of friction coefficient on the wear of drill pipe and casing.Combined with relevant practical experience,this paper puts forward effective measures to slow down the wear of casing from various angles and aspects such as the wear belt of Anke.
