摘 要:以寺河煤矿为例,该煤矿是煤和瓦斯突出矿井,其中煤矿2号和8号煤层结构比较复杂,含有较高含量的瓦斯。由于瓦斯压力较大,为实现高效率抽采煤层瓦斯,并消除在抽采过程中的危险性,需要进行区域预抽。该煤矿引入定向钻机,在应用过程中针对煤矿实际应用情况进行经验总结,并实现技术应用创新。在煤层中利用定向钻机技术可完成一钻多孔的施工,突破该煤矿钻进深度为800m的钻孔记录,并显著提高最终的抽采效果,缩短抽采时间,确保矿井实现掘进、采、抽的平衡。In this study,taking Sihe Coal Mine as an example,the coal mine is a coal and gas outburst mine,in which the structure of coal seams 2 and 8 is relatively complex and contains high content of gas.Due to the large gas pressure,in order to achieve high-efficiency extraction of coal seam gas and eliminate the danger in the process of extraction,regional pre extraction is required.Directional drilling rig is introduced into the coal mine,which has been used in the past According to the actual application of the coal mine,the project summarizes the experience and realizes the innovation of technology application.In the coal seam,the directional drilling machine technology can be used to complete the construction of one hole drilling,break through the drilling record of the coal mine with the drilling depth of 800 meters,significantly improve the final extraction effect,shorten the extraction time,and ensure the balance of driving,mining and pumping.
