摘 要:工业上生产精密陶瓷时,最常见的一种手段是热压铸成型工艺,也称为低压注射成型工艺。这种工艺将石蜡用作定型剂,使原本无法塑形的陶瓷粉在与适量的石蜡液混合后,可以变成可塑形的浆料,然后通过施加压力将浆料填充到金属注膜内生产胚具,后期经过脱蜡处理进行陶瓷制造。因此,探究和分析热压铸成型工艺,对影响其质量的因素进行深入讨论,并给出相应的优化方法,希望能够为热压铸成型工艺的进步带来一定的参考据。In the production of precision ceramics in industry,the most common method is the hot die casting process,which can also be called the low-pressure injection molding process.In this process,paraffin is used as setting agent,so that the ceramic powder that could not be molded originally can be transformed into a plasticizable slurry after being mixed with a proper amount of paraffin liquid,and then the slurry is filled into the metal injection film through the application of pressure,which is used to produce the embryo,and then after dewaxing treatment in the later stage,ceramic manufacturing can be carried out.In this paper,the hot die casting process is explored and analyzed,the factors affecting its quality are discussed in depth,and the corresponding optimization methods are given,hoping to bring some reference for the progress of the hot die casting process.
