摘  要:目的:分析注射用鹿瓜多肽与骨肽注射液治疗四肢骨干骨折的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2018年3月收治四肢骨干骨折患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。观察组使用鹿瓜多肽治疗;参照组使用骨肽注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组骨折愈合时间短于参照组,治疗优良率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后2周、3周骨痂比例高于参照组,观察组治疗后4周、5周、6周骨痂出现比例低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:四肢骨干骨折患者应用鹿瓜多肽比骨肽注射液效果理想,可缩短骨折愈合时间,促进患者尽快康复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of limb shaft fracture treated by injection of deer melon polypeptide and osteopeptide injection.Methods:From January 2017 to March 2018,120 patients with limb shaft fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases in each.The observation group was treated with deer and melon polypeptide,and the reference group was treated with osteopeptide injection.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the fracture healing time was shorter than that in the reference group,and the excellent rate of treatment was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the ratio of callus in 2 and 3 weeks after treatment was higher than that in the reference group,the ratio of callus in 4,5 and 6 weeks after treatment was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with osteopeptide injection,the effect of deer and melon polypeptide for limb shaft fracture is ideal,which can shorten the time of fracture healing and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
