摘　　要：目的:探讨应用可吸收螺钉(棒)治疗下肢关节骨折的效果。方法:2017年2月-2019年3月收治下肢关节骨折患者76例,根据手术顺序分为两组,各38例。对照组采取传统的内固定手术方案治疗;观察组采用可吸收螺钉(棒)进行内固定手术治疗。比较两组手术效果及并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术优良率高于对照组,术后并发症率发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用可吸收螺钉(棒)治疗下肢关节骨折效果显著,安全性好。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of absorbable screw(rod)in the treatment of lower extremity joint fracture.Methods:From February 2017 to March 2019,76 patients with lower extremity joint fracture were selected,and they were divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group according to the operation sequence.The control group was treated with traditional internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with absorbable screws(rods)for internal fixation.We compared the operation effect and complication rate between groups.Results:In the observation group,the excellent rate of operation was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of absorbable screw(rod)in the treatment of lower extremity joint fracture is significant,and the security is good.
