摘　　要：目的:研究超声引导下连续股神经阻滞用于全膝关节置换术的镇痛效果。方法:选取2018年3-12月全膝关节置换术患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组使用舒芬太尼药剂镇痛;观察组选择超声引导下连续股神经阻滞镇痛。比较两组镇痛效果。结果:观察组镇痛效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下连续股神经阻滞用于全膝关节置换术的镇痛效果显著。Objective:To explore the analgesic effect of continuous femoral nerve block guided by ultrasound in total knee arthroplasty.Methods:From March to December 2018,80 patients with total knee arthroplasty were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with sufentanil analgesia,while the observation group was treated with continuous femoral nerve block under the guidance of ultrasound.We compared the analgesic effect of the two groups.Results:The analgesic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The analgesic effect of continuous femoral nerve block guided by ultrasound in total knee arthroplasty is significant.
