摘　　要：目的:分析克氏针撬拨复位经皮穿针治疗大龄儿童桡骨远端骨折的手术配合效果。方法:2015年3月-2016年3月收治桡骨远端骨折患儿36例,运用克氏针撬拨复位经皮穿针治疗,配合相应护理,观察治疗效果。结果:Gartland-Werley腕关节功能测评结果显示,优33例,良3例,优良率为100%。结论:克氏针撬拨复位经皮穿针治疗桡骨远端骨折患儿,可有效改善治疗效果,促进骨折处快速恢复。Objective:To analyze surgical cooperation effect of percutaneous reduction by leverage in kirschner wire in the treatment of distal radius fracture in older children.Methods:From March 2015 to March 2016,36 children with distal radius fracture were enrolled.They were treated with percutaneous reduction by leverage in kirschner wire combined with corresponding nursing care,while the therapeutic effect was observed.Results:The results of Gartland-Werley wrist joint function evaluation showed that 33 cases were excellent and 3 cases were good;the excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion:The effect of percutaneous reduction by leverage in kirschner wire in the treatment of distal radius fracture in children can be effectively improved and the rapid recovery of the fracture can be promoted.
