早产儿出院后营养指导对生长发育的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨早产儿出院后营养指导对生长发育的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年6月出院后早产儿120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组开展普通配方奶粉喂养和营养指导;研究组接受营养强化配方奶粉和强化营养指导。统计两组早产儿生长发育情况。结果:研究组矫正年龄9个月身长、6个月体重及9个月体重均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以早产儿出院后营养指导,可加快早产儿生长速度,增加体重。Objective:To explore the effect of nutritional guidance on the growth and development of premature infants after discharge.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,120 premature infants were selected after discharge,and they were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases in each.The control group received general formula feeding and nutrition guidance,while the study group received nutrition enhanced formula and nutrition guidance.We counted the growth and development of two groups of premature infants.Results:In the study group,the body length of corrected age 9 months,the body mass of 6 months and the body mass of 9 months were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional guidance for premature infants after discharge can speed up the growth of premature infants and increase their body mass.
