中医药治疗顽固蛋白尿肌酐尿素氮升高的疗效观察

摘　　要：本文选取1例顽固性蛋白尿肌酐尿素氮升高患者,观察中医药治疗的效果。治疗后患者症状得到显著改善,且治疗后患者生活质量总评分高于治疗前。因此针对顽固性蛋白尿肌酐尿素氮升高患者可以采取中医药治疗,有利于调整改善其机体尿蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮水平。One patient with intractable proteinuria,creatinine,urea nitrogen increase was selected,and we observed the effect of traditional Chinese medicine.After treatment,the symptoms of patients were significantly improved,and the total score of quality of life after treatment was higher than that before treatment.According to the patients with intractable proteinuria,creatinine,urea nitrogen increase,traditional Chinese medicine can be used to adjust and improve the levels of urine protein,creatinine and urea nitrogen.
