摘　　要：目的:分析术中保温对老年人腹部手术患者术后苏醒的影响及护理干预策略。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年3月择期行腹部手术老年患者75例,随机分为两组。对照组实施常规护理;研究组实施常规护理及术中保温护理。观察两组围术期指标水平及术后苏醒情况。结果:研究组围术期体温与心率水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后完全苏醒及手术结束至拔管时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年腹部手术患者做好术中保温可维持围术期正常体温及心率,缩短患者术后苏醒及拔管时间。Objective:To analyze the effect of intraoperative heat preservation on postoperative recovery of elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery and its nursing intervention strategies.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2019,75 elderly patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery were enrolled,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given routine nursing and intraoperative heat preservation nursing.The perioperative index level and the post-operative recovery of the two groups were observed.Results:The perioperative temperature and heart rate in the study group were better than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete recovery after operation and the time from the end of operation to extubation in the study group were shorter than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:keeping warm during operation can maintain normal body temperature and heart rate,shorten the recovery and extubation time of elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery.
