无缝隙护理管理在血液透析置管患者诱导透析期安全护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨无缝隙护理管理在血液透析置管患者诱导透析期安全护理的应用效果。方法:选取2016年9月-2019年9月实施诱导期血液透析患者100例,随机分为两组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予无缝隙护理管理。比较两组疗效、临床指标水平及生活质量评分。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率、肌酐、尿素氮、血钾、血磷等指标水平及各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理管理可明显提高血液透析置管患者诱导透析期的临床疗效。Objective:To explore the application effect of seamless nursing management in safety nursing of hemodialysis patients with catheterization during induction dialysis period.Methods:From September 2016 to September 2019,100 hemodialysis patients during induction dialysis period were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given seamless nursing management.We compared the curative effect,the standard of life index and the score of quality of life between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,the total effective rate,creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood potassium,blood phosphorus and other indicators,the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seamless nursing management can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis patients with catheterization during induction dialysis period.
