摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠晚期嵌顿痔保守治疗的安全性及可行性。方法:采用手法复位等方法治疗妊娠晚期嵌顿痔6例,观察疗效。结果:6例患者均安全度过妊娠晚期,及时解除痛苦,恢复正常排便功能。结论:妊娠晚期急性嵌顿痔可进行手法复位等保守治疗。Objective:To investigate the safety and feasibility of non-operative treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoids during the third trimester of pregnancy.Methods:All 6 cases of Incarcerated Hemorrhoids in Third Trimester of pregnancy were treated by manual reduction and other treatments.Results:All patients survived the pregnancy safely,relieved pain in time and resumed normal defecation function.Conclusion:Acute incarcerated hemorrhoids of third trimester of pregnancy can be treated by the nonoperative treatments.
