摘　　要：通过提升专业教师的教学和科研能力,打造一流的教学团队。基于OBE的教学理念,华侨大学的教学团队根据《机械制造技术基础》的教学目标对教学内容和教学方法进行了改革。完成了一系列教学资源的建设,将科研成果融入本科教学中,以研促教。基于双语教学及国家精品在线开放课程两个慕课平台,结合翻转课堂和对分课堂实现了多维框架下的混合教学模式,提高了教学质量。Improved teaching and scientific research capabilities of teachers for build a first-class teaching team.The teaching team of Hua qiao University reformed their teaching content and teaching methods to fit training targets base on the goals of OBE and has reformed the teaching content and teaching methods according to the teaching objectives of Basis of Machine Manufacture Techniques.Completed the construction of a series of teaching resources,integrated research results into undergraduate teaching,and promoted teaching through research.Based on bilingual teaching and national excellent online open courses,two MOOC platforms,combining flipped classrooms and bisected classrooms have realized a mixed teaching mode under a multidimensional framework,which has improved the quality of teaching.
