摘　　要：高校文化育人工作是加强高校思想政治工作的重要举措,也是办好中国特色社会主义大学的内在要求。文章以山西医科大学“加减乘除”文化传承工作坊实践为例,研究文化育人新载体,总结出独具特色的“立、行、活”螺旋渐进式文化育人模式。The cultural education of colleges and universities is an important measure to strengthen ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and it is also an inherent requirement for the successful operation of socialist universities with Chinese characteristics.The article takes the practice of"Addition,Subtraction,Multiplication and Division"cultural heritage workshop in Shanxi Medical University as an example,studies the new carrier of cultural education,and summarizes the unique"spirit,action,and live"spiral progressive culture education model.
