摘　　要：旅游管理与服务教育专业是一门应用型极强的学科,实践教学是高校旅游专业发展的必修课程。目前实践教学的发展存在重理论、轻实践的现象,使得实践教学存在若有若无的问题。文章根据旅游管理与服务教育专业实践教学的发展现状和存在的问题,从课程设置、培养途径、教学模式、检验标准和师资队伍五个方面构建实践教学体系运行机制,为旅游管理与服务教育专业的发展提供可参考性的意见和建议,以期促进专业型人才的培养,使学生适应未来职业发展和自我能力的提升。Tourism major is a highly applied discipline,and practical teaching is a compulsory course for the development of college tourism.At present,the development of practical teaching has the phenomenon of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice,which makes practical teaching problematic.Based on the development status and existing problems of the practice teaching of tourism management and service education majors,this paper constructs the operation mechanism of the practice teaching system from the aspects of curriculum setting,training approaches,teaching modes,test standards and teaching staff.The inspection standard and the faculty team construct the operational mechanism of the practical teaching system to provide reference opinions and suggestions for the development of the tourism education major,promote the cultivation of professional talents,and encourage students to adapt to future career development and self-ability improvement.
