摘　　要：科研管理系统是学校落实高校科学研究、社会服务等重要职能的新载体。工作流技术是实现科研业务管理网络化的核心技术。文章说明了基于工作流的高校科研管理系统的基本设计思路,明确了系统设计目标,着重围绕科研工作流整理、系统功能架构、系统设计、系统接口、科研大数据利用等方面进行了详细分析。The scientific research management system is a new carrier for the university to carry out the important functions of scientific research and social service.Workflow technology is the core technology to realize the networking of scientific research business management.This paper describes the basic design idea of the university scientific research management system based on workflow,defines the system design goal,and focuses on the detailed analysis of the aspects of scientific research workflow arrangement,system functional architecture,system design,system interface,and big data utilization of scientific research.
