摘　　要：能源危机和环境恶化倒逼绿色转型的背景下,绿色经济被纳入国家发展战略的范畴,并且已经进入经济—生态—社会复杂系统(E-E-S)阶段。针对当前将此复杂系统割裂研究,进而导致绿色经济演变逻辑轨迹不够清晰的问题,文章通过以下步骤对国内外相关文献进行梳理和研究。首先,对绿色经济在当前阶段的新内涵及内在协同演化机理进行了梳理和剖析,在原来以经济效率分析为主流视角的基础上,拓宽研究范围,并且将生态系统的核心自然资本纳入国家财富核算体系、社会系统的公平要素纳入发展框架,突破单一的生态治理;其次,厘清三大子系统的演化逻辑和相互作用机理,研究得出各子系统是交互影响、协同推进的关系,并且对社会系统公平要素起到调节经济效率和生态规模冲突的作用机理进行剖析。基于此,构建政策机制、技术创新和绿色投资三大因素为主的绿色转型动力模型,归纳绿色经济推进路径。Under the background of energy crisis and environmental deterioration forcing green transformation,green economy is brought into the category of national development strategy,and it has entered the stage of economic,ecological and social complex system(E-E-S).Aiming at the problem that some researches separate the complex system,and further lead to unclear evolution logic track of the green economy,the following steps is used to sort out and study domestic and international relevant literatures.First of all,new connotation and internal co-evolution mechanism of green economy are combed and analyzed under current stage.On the basis of the original economic efficiency analysis as the mainstream perspective,the scope is broadened,and the core natural capital of the ecosystem is brought into the national wealth accounting system.The fair element of the social system is brought into the development framework,and all of these break through the single ecological governance.Secondly,the evolution logic and interaction mechanism of the three subsystems are clarified,and the study shows that each subsystem is interactive and cooperative.The mechanism of the fair element of the social system in regulating the conflicts between economic efficiency and ecological scale is analyzed as well.Based on conclusions,finally,the dynamic model of green transformation is constructed,which is dominated by policy mechanism,technological innovation and green investment with summarizing the propulsion path.
