国际化经验、东道国环境与企业海外生存绩效

摘　　要：经验学习是组织学习的重要组成部分,尤其在跨国经营中,经验学习有助于企业更好地克服“外来者劣势”。文章基于2002-2017年间中国上市公司在海外设立的1845家子公司信息,研究了企业国际化经验与海外子公司生存绩效的关系以及东道国环境和母国与东道国的文化距离对两者关系的影响。结果表明,企业出口经验、海外投资经验强度、海外投资经验多样性和他企经验都显著正向影响企业海外子公司的生存绩效,其中出口经验和他企经验对企业海外子公司生存概率的提升最为明显。制度环境负向调节了国际化经验的四个维度与子公司生存绩效的关系,良好的制度环境弱化了海外子公司对国际化经验的依赖,而文化距离强化了他企经验对子公司生存绩效的正向预测效应,对国际化经验的其他三个维度与海外子公司生存绩效的关系缺乏影响力。Experience learning is an important part of organizational learning.Especially in multinational operations,experience learning helps companies to better overcome“disadvantages of foreignness”.Based on the information of 1845 overseas subsidiaries established by Chinese Listed Companies in 2002-2017,the relationship between the internationalization experiences of enterprises and the survival performance of overseas subsidiaries is studied,as well as the influence of the host country environment and the cultural distance between the home country and the host country on the relationship between the two.The result shows that the company's export experience,the strength of overseas investment experiences,the diversity of overseas investment experience and the experiences of other enterprises have significantly positively affected the survival performance of overseas subsidiaries.The export experience and other enterprises’experience have improved the survival probability of overseas subsidiaries most obviously.The institutional environment negatively regulates the relationship between the four dimensions of internationalization experience and the survival performance of subsidiaries.A good institutional environment weakens the dependence of overseas subsidiaries on international experience,while cultural distance strengthens the survival performance of subsidiaries and subsidiaries.The positive predictive effect has no influence on the relationship between the other three dimensions of internationalization experience and the survival performance of overseas subsidiaries.
