三种植物生长调节剂对两种有益藻生长的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨植物生长调节剂对养殖水体有益藻的调控作用,比较了3种植物生长调节剂赤霉素(GA3)、胺鲜酯(DA-6)和复硝酚钠对2种有益藻蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidsa)和斜生栅藻(Scedesmus obliquus)生长的影响。结果表明,赤霉素、胺鲜酯和复硝酚钠对蛋白核小球藻的最佳作用浓度分别为0.4、0.1和1.0 mg/L。赤霉素和胺鲜酯对斜生栅藻的最佳作用浓度均为0.1 mg/L,复硝酚钠对斜生栅藻生长无明显促进作用。In this study, three plant growth regulators, gibberellin(GA3), diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DA-6), compound sodium nitraphenolate, was selected to investigate its regulation effects on the growth of two useful algae(Chlorella pyrenoidsa and Scedesmus obliquus). The results showed that the optimum concentration of GA3, DA-6 and compound sodium nitraphenolate on C. pyrenoidsa was 0.4 mg/L, 0.1 mg/L and 1 mg/L, respectively. The optimum concentration of GA3 and DA-6 on S. obliquus was 0.1 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L, respectively. The compound sodium nitraphenolate presented no obvious effect on the growth of S. obliquus.
