摘　　要：社会工作在介入农村社区建设问题时具有一定优势,能够化解农村社区建设过程中的新矛盾,优化农村社区治理。以南京市江宁区Q社区为例,对农村社区建设过程中出现的问题进行分析,探索了社会工作法在农村社区建设中的运用,以期为农村社区发展提供有益的建议。Social work has certain advantages in intervening in rural community construction, which can resolve new contradictions in the process of rural community construction and optimize rural community governance. Taking Q community in Jiangning district of Nanjing city as an example, the problems in the process of rural community construction were analyzed,the application of social work law in rural community construction was explored in order to provided beneficial suggestions for rural community development.
