浙江省县域级医疗机构医学装备配置应用现状与建议

摘　　要：随着我国医改步伐的逐渐加快,县域级医疗机构的医疗服务水平不断攀升。医学装备作为医疗机构服务水平提升不可缺少的一部分,在县域级医疗机构改革中扮演了重要的角色。本文从县域级医院的建设发展情况出发,以县域级医疗机构医学装备配置需求为入手点,着重介绍了浙江省县域级医疗机构的发展现状及国产医疗器械的配置现状,并提出了国产医疗设备在县域级医疗机构的推广应用建议,以期进一步提升县域级医疗机构医学装备配置的合理性,从而提高其医疗服务能力,改善基层医疗服务的公平可及,并为国产医疗器械在县域的应用推广添加助力。With the gradual acceleration of China’s medical reform, the level of medical services at county-level medical institutions continues to rise. Medical equipment, as an indispensable part of improving the service level of medical institutions, has played an important role in the reform of county-level medical institutions. This article started from the construction and development of county-level hospitals, and took the medical equipment configuration requirements of county-level medical institutions as the starting point. It focused on the development status of county-level medical institutions in Zhejiang province and the deployment of domestic medical equipment. Recommendations for promotion and application in county-level medical institutions were expected to further improve the rationality of medical equipment con figuration at county-level medical institutions, thereby improving their medical service capabilities, and improving the fair access of primary-level medical services, and add assistance to the application and promotion of domestic medical devices in the county.
